The Venus Synodic Cycle

The Venus synodic cycle is a work of near-perfect symmetry, repeating at a cycle of eight years minus two days. Personal and collective histories can be traced using this one pattern. Join me as I take us through an assortment of Venus related timelines.

About the Speaker

Nick Dagan Best is an astrologer based between Vancouver, Canada and Cape Town, South Africa. He is nicknamed “the human ephemeris,” thanks to his work using planetary synodic cycles to study patterns in political and cultural history. He has written articles for StarIQ.comastrology.com, the ISAR journal, and his own site, nickdaganbest.com, and has also produced several short astrology-related instructional videos for his YouTube channel. He also hosts the I Love Astrology podcast, and is a regular guest on Chris Brennan’s The Astrology Podcast. He has given presentations on astrology across the world, including 2016 and 2018 KIA conference in India, Kolkata.
